Shipments are made within 1-3 business days of order confirmation, unless otherwise indicated on the product. Estimated delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen and will be indicated at the time of purchase.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size of the package, and the delivery address. Any additional costs will be communicated to the customer before payment.

Luna Bags provides a tracking number for each shipment, allowing customers to monitor the delivery status. Luna Bags is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseeable events or third parties (couriers, customs, etc.).
